What activities can fans get up to as WorldSBK hits Europe?
MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship travels to Spain for the third round of the season, which will treat fans to on track action from all four classes for the first time of 2017. Not only will the intense WorldSBK and WorldSSP racing action keep you on the edge of your seats, there is now the re-introduction of STK1000 Championship back into the weekend. But it’s not only the action on track that will entertain, there’s plenty to do off track too.
However the main talking point is the inaugural WorldSSP300 race and in honour of this, the series will undergo an Official Launch at the Paddock Show stage on Friday 31st March at 17.50h. This gives fans the chance to meet all 35 riders who will take to the track for 2017, following an action packed opening day on the unique stage. Bigger and better than ever before there will be more opportunity to meet the stars with the all new SuperShow on Saturdays, not one to miss.
Friday at the Paddock Show welcomes highlights such as the Opening Day show and the Team Managers Chat Show, with the chance to watch sessions with live commentary right by the stage. Saturday is when the action comes at full force, with fan quizzes taking you through the morning, before the spectacular SuperShow in the afternoon. Sunday allows fans to watch all sessions on stage as anticipation builds, as well as autograph sessions with WorldSSP300 and STK1000 riders, before the ever popular Race Show’s provide fans with the opportunity to hear the inside scoop first.
